SME in a strategic, international and inter-disciplinary project team, searching for providers of a Tele-Medicine and medical Case Management solution with gateways/interfaces to the client’s clinical information systems:
- Analysis of business requirements (also: consulting in refining of those)
- Alignment of functional requirements from stakeholders (national and EMEA region)
- Analysis of existing, very heterogenous and distributed technical infrastructure
- Creation of functional requirements specification, especially in terms of creating exemplary process diagrams, wireframes and use case documents
- Support during research of solution providers
- Support in creation of RfP documents
- Participation in RfP pitch presentations
- Evaluation of potential suppliers’ tenders and general support in vendor selection process
