- Introduction of domain management software “DomainMod” to improve monitoring and simplify domain management efforts
- Support migration of domains and websites between hosting providers, especially transfer to the client’s preferred supplier
- Advise technical team on operation of web servers and DNS configuration
- Evaluation of and advise on credentials management for hosting platform
